Welcome to Shisha Home Delivery UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Shisha Home Delivery”). Shisha Home Delivery is a service provider that operates a technology-based platform that allows customers to order shisha for delivery directly to their doorstep within Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Product(s)”) using our website shishahomedelivery.ae (“Website”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Shisha Home Delivery” refers to Shisha Home Delivery UAE, a company duly registered in Dubai, UAE, and “you”, “your”, or “User(s)” refers to the customer or website user.

7. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Orders can be placed through the “Order Now” option.
  • Payments can be made via cash or card on delivery. Additional charges may apply for cash on delivery.
  • A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 may be required, which will be returned upon safe return of Products.
  • If Products are lost, damaged, or not returned within the agreed timeframe, replacement charges will apply (ranging from AED 50 to AED 1,500 depending on the item).
  • Once delivered, Orders cannot be cancelled.
